A Look at FlexBase
How We Run Your Project
With FlexBase, our platform, we plan and manage every project: staffing, assignments, hours and invoicing. You do not have to adopt anything. What reaches you are planned assignments, reviewed hours and a clear invoice.
We filter our network by skills, location, availability and hourly rate and see at once who can strengthen the team on your project.
For every position FlexBase ranks freelancers by skills, availability, distance, hourly rate and ratings. The decision is made by our project lead, not the algorithm.
Every assignment in your project with person, period and status. What is planned and what is running is visible at once.
Submitted timesheets are collected per project. We review them week by week and approve them or follow up.
Invoices are built from approved hours, reviewed and signed digitally. Accounting receives them as e-invoices and as a DATEV export.

What You Can Rely On
Quality comes from clear responsibility and fixed processes. Our project lead makes sure they are followed, FlexBase maps them: from staffing to time tracking to invoicing.
Profiles with credentials
CV, certificates and references are part of every freelancer profile. Every uploaded file is scanned for malware before it is stored.
Availability in the calendar
Freelancers keep their availability up to date in the portal. We plan with current information instead of rounds of phone calls.
Time tracking with approval
Hours are logged per day and activity, with a signed timesheet scan if you require one. Nothing is invoiced before we approve it.
Transparent invoicing
Invoices are built from approved hours, as ZUGFeRD e-invoices and handed over to accounting via DATEV export.
Properly contracted
FlexBase records each freelancer's legal form and the status of the check for bogus self-employment. After every assignment we rate the collaboration.
Privacy built in
Roles and permissions for our team, logged changes, data access and erasure under the GDPR straight from the system.

How it works for you
Views from the FlexBase portal you use when working with Hirz Pixelworks: from the job board to time tracking.
The job board lists every open project with location, work model and required skills. Filters for location and skills take you straight to the right assignment.
After signing in you see the status of your applications, open timesheets, your latest invoices and new postings.
Enter hours and activity for each day and submit them for review. From approved hours you create your invoice in the portal.
